What if my package was lost or stolen?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and has not arrived, we recommend tracking your shipment with the email tracking number. 

If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, we recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivered notification before contacting  customer service. You can reach our team at weborders@imperial1916.com.
