As our customer, you represent that you own or have secured all necessary rights in all designs and other materials that you are submitting to CUSTOM.IMPERIAL1916.COM for use in the creation of your products. Specifically, you warrant that the use of those designs and other materials by CUSTOM.IMPERIAL1916.COM in fulfillment of your order will not violate the trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property of any other party (including any party’s right of privacy or publicity). Accordingly, you agree to indemnify CUSTOM.IMPERIAL1916.COM and to hold it harmless from any loss, liability, costs, and expenses from any claim, lawsuit, or other action arising out of or relating to CUSTOM.IMPERIAL1916.COM's use of those designs and other materials in connection with the fulfillment of your order.
If we cannot produce your order due to trademark or licensing issues with your logo, your order will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee.
